I paid prior for my car to get detailed inside and out!!! It was 200.00 I have receipt to prove it!! My car came back looking like it was in a storm!!! They ran through some car wash and it looked God awful and ruined what I paid for. I called and spoke to manager and he gave no care! I fact the right thing for you to do is pay for my detail that was ruined
Every time I visit the service department is a bad experience with Carla who always has a bad attitude and does not want to resolve my vehicle problems. She tries to blame customer to be at fault even if she knows is a lie. Ask other customers about her 'service' to verify veracity. Thanks
Staff was friendly, service was fast. I thought the text message notifications regarding the service was great. I used to take our Tahoe to ancira Chevrolet and had a few bad experiences and I�m glad that I decided to bring my vehicle to your service shop instead.
Was very satisfied by the service my rep. Mr. Salas offered, he went above and beyond. But was very disappointed by the owner of the company, Bobby Cavender!!! He gave me a very uncomfortable feeling by just staring at me and the service rep. like if we were doing something wrong. I asked Mr. Salas later about it and he was very uncomfortable and little disturbed like if he had gotten in trouble for something but would not say. Over all i think an owner or president of a business should acknowledge customers especially if they are standing right next to you. I hope this issue we be addressed and not ignored!!!
I have taken my tahoe which was purchased at this dealership over 8 times to address the same issue and it has not been resolved emailed Service Manager regarding issue and was never once contacted by him and when i went in on day for service i asked to speak with him regarding issue and he refused to come out and speak with me I could see him sitting in his office. Once vehicle was picked up realized problem with vehicle was not resolved service manager was emailed and we have not received a response from anyone. Bad customer service
Johnny Salas has created an environment where I don�t feel like just a customer. He takes the time to get to know people and goes above and beyond. He is the reason I now get my vehicle serviced at Cavender GMC West!!
