I really like my salesman Christian, he was great and helped me along the way & even helped when I came in 2 weeks later for a check up. The entire process was smooth and it went by quicker than I thought. I have already started sending friends and family there. Also, if I'm still I the area when the time comes again; I'll buy a car from you all again.

This is the third time I have brought my car in to Cavender GMC for the same issue within a year. While nothing was found the first time after talking to a different service advisor the second time, Joseph he was able to figure out what was wrong. Fast forward to this year and I had to bring in my car yet again for the same issues. Joseph took his time looking things up left and right and asking several questions about my car issues. I will admit I was very frustrated when I brought the car in, but he took the time to hear me out and listen to my concerns. He didn't brush it off like the advisor before. It's this type of customer service that makes me go back every time and not have to worry will they not find anything.
My service guy Zac Garcia I thought was going to be a stand up guy but I was definitely fooled!! I was charged $128 diagnosis fee and I really don't think it was hooked up! He tried telling me that other shop installed wrong ignition switch and it was going to cost me $822 and that's were he was going to start. So I go back to shop -------- them out because he made it sound like they had no clue. They happen to have the old part which Matched exactly. So after asking Zack for more info on correct part like pic he said he would check on it but haven't heard from him since! Pretty sure he didn't expect them to still have old have but they did. So I take it to another Chevrolet dealership and guess what they didn't mention a word about wrong part and found the problem in an hr. They probably actually hooked the truck up to get proper diagnosis. I thought about going back to Zack and asking for a refund!
