My truck needed a brake job and I called and ask for David at your service center during the peak of duty hours to schedule a service appointment. As most service centers stay busy my call was not answered and I figured I'd call back at a more convenient time... A few minutes later, I get a call from Mike apologizing for missing my call and politely explaining David was not in and ending his statement with a inquiring on how he could help me.... Now, THAT is taking customer service to the top shelf of genuine concern for your customers. I not only expressed my gratitude for the call back but was also able to schedule my appointment and get the issue with my truck resolved.
