Service Rep I initially spoke to when I arrived for my appt. was rude. I gave him a notice I rcvd from GMC & asked if issue with my vehicle could be due to notice. Hr barely looked at it & said "maybe". He quoted me pricing for repair. I advised him I had extended warranty. He snapped, "Did you get it from us?!" Plus, he never returned the notice & that notice said to keep in glove box up to 10 yrs. I tried calling Svc. Mgr when I left to ask him to get the form so I could pick it up on weekend. Voice mail is full. Never got through. I was not happy with the treatment I received this time around. Guess these young men see an older woman & automatically think "DUMB". They need a lesson in respect.
