Johnny Salas service writer was very rude to me and lies and is very manipulative, unrealistic and sad to say for a dealership. My car is not fixed still has a steut weird squeaky noise every time i go over a speed bump. Mr. Salas said twice 2 weeks in a row, to leave my car over the weekend and they would work on it the following week. Why schedule me on Saturday as i asked since i i work and have a job i cant do week days unless i am lianed a vehicle exactly like mine, he kept loaning me small SUVs that doesn't work for my family situation, Mr. Salas has no will to be a good customer service expert when it came to me and my situation. I had my car wirked on Nd was told by the technician that it was a quick job, to me in other words i was manipulated into thinking it would get worked on but not necessarily fix the issue, what waste of time to just mke their uick dollar and send the customer out the door. This was after Mr. Salas told me that they weren't going to be able to work on my car on any Saturday so i called and reported to GMC.
