My experience was nothing less than exceptional. Cameron was an amazing salesperson. He was great with communication and knowledge of the vehicle I was looking into. I drove from Sweetwater, TX down to San Antonio with intentions of leaving with a truck. From previous experiences with dealerships i was dreading another hours long endeavor. Thankfully, Josue had me out of there in less than an hour.

Dropped in at around 2pm ish. Met with Tyrone Polk, laid out exactly what I wanted, Joseph, manager came out and confirmed all I wanted. Contract was written with all additional paper work signed. Went to finance office for final process, no upsale attempts! Was out of Cavender Buick GMC West about 3:30 pm. The only thing I did not get, but I asked, was a set of all weather floor mats. Whoever reads this, it's not to late to get them for me.
I had a great experience getting my oil changed at Cavender Buick GMC. The service was fast and friendly, and they kept me updated on my vehicle throughout the entire process while I waited. I also really appreciated that they weren’t pushy about adding additional services. They let me know what was recommended, and when I said, “No, thank you,” they respected my decision and didn’t try to pressure me further. Overall, it was a quick, easy, and pleasant service experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Customer service was pretty good and communication over the phone was good since I came in from out of town. One of the negatives was that salesman said he could give me more for my trade in once I came into the store and once there he said there was no further wiggle room. Also the financing department had some discrepancies on the final price but I caught it and it was rectified. They made it seem like a mistake but I'm sure it was intentional. Poor customer service. 72 hour wait before any diagnosis began. Untimely communications. Told me that if I didn't like their process then I could come get my car and find someone else to fix it. After a week in shop the problem still exist, gave canned excuses on why Autostop is not working.
Not good pressure to buy no expiations on close out. Very unhappy and sad instead of being happy

The service I have experienced from the service team at Cavender Buick GMC west has been nothing but exceptional. My only regret is I didn’t buy my truck from them.
They were friendly and up front with all the information regarding the vehicle sale. I really like the program they have for military veterans (discount and oil changes). It was good experience and good customer service. I would to have had a detailed inspection report of the vehicle, but I was given enough information to be satisfied with the service that they performed.

Roland was absolutely wonderful today! My service engine light came on about two weeks after purchasing my Toyota, and he quickly reassured me that it didn’t need an oil change—it simply hadn’t been reset after the vehicle was serviced before I purchased it. He also went above and beyond to help me with an odor I’ve had in the car since I bought it and gave me some great tips for future maintenance. I truly appreciate his kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help. I’ll definitely be asking for Roland when my Toyota needs service again!
