We traveled 2 1/2 hours after speaking with Javier Gomez over the phone . He asked my budget and what I was wanting and made sure I had what I asked for before doing the drive. The experience was smooth and he was beyond easy to work with. He made us feel comfortable and answered all questions. His finance partner Denice M was great. Explained everything and broke down how much our monthly payment would be based off warranty’s and down payment to make sure we stayed in our range. Overall great experience!

Drove the lot since I didn't want to be bombarded. Tyone came and dropped off a card and let us look. The ultimate denali caught my eye. Got the info back to Tyrone and he pulled it up no questions asked. The weather was very bad so we didn't get a good test drive. Told he to work up a deal and after a couple of negotiations I was able to deal the deal. Tyrone was vet helpful and knowledgeable. Even promised to detail when the weather gets better.

Seamless! I had picked out the truck I wanted, and there was no pressure to buy. Rob Vargas in sales and Dennis in finance were great. Dennis laid out options for warranty extension and protection but again no pressure. They will continue to get my business with maintenance and refer people to the dealer!

Mr. Garza provided great customer service. The customer service waiting area offers complementary coffee and water bottles. The only area that could be improved is the internal communication between the service representative and the parts department. I had to reach out to the dealership to check on the status of my part, and more proactive updates would have made the experience smoother.

Great experience! David Gonzales helped us out as soon we got there and showed us around with trucks in the lot. Then showed us the full inventory online. Bilingual as well if needed, would highly recommend.
This was the smoothest places I have ever shopped for a vehicle. They did not bug us constantly they just asked what we would like to drive. Gave us a few test drives and then quickly appraised the trade in. Was able to negotiate pricing without any hassle. Carolina was our salesman that easily and quickly got us in our new Envista!
Everyone was so helpful right from the beginning when we brought our 25’ trailblazer in for maintenance. Rick Silva was extremely attentive to our wants/needs in a new vehicle. We had our children with us and he always took time to make sure they were taken care of, even bought them a few treats from the vending machine. There was never a feeling of being too pushy just to get us to purchase a vehicle, you could tell he was sincere. Greatly appreciate everything he talked through with us and helping us get into our dream car!
I had a 10:30 appointment confirmed, and I arrived at the service bay by 10:25. I was checked in within 10 minutes, but I waited a full two hours for my oil change and tire rotation to be completed. This seems like an excessive amount of time for standard maintenance. My advisor was polite, but I texted her for an estimated ready time twice with no response until the car was almost ready.
The service department really knows what they are doing. Almost no wait at all and very friendly staff.
