This Military Prepaid Oil Change Plan (herein "Agreement" or "Plan") is exclusively between the Purchaser identified above ("Purchaser" and "you") and the issuing Dealer ("Dealer"). It provides certain limited oil change services for the Vehicle identified above ("Vehicle") to be provided by Dealer or any participating dealership in the Cavender Auto Group. The Military Prepaid Oil Change Plan coverage is expressly subject to the “Terms, Limitations and Conditions” set forth below in this Agreement.
Terms, Limitations, and Conditions to the Plan
Purchaser: To participate in this Plan, the vehicle purchaser represents that he/she is an active duty, retired, or veteran member of the Armed Forces of the United States of America, which includes the following branches of service: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, and Coast Guard (“the military”). Purchaser will be required to show active or retired status to activate and utilize the program. The spouse of the Purchaser, if a co-buyer or co-signer in the purchase and sale contract, is entitled to the services under this agreement.
Applicable Vehicles: This Agreement is limited to New or Certified Pre-owned gasoline engine vehicles purchased by an approved military Purchaser from Dealer and listed above as “Vehicle.” Diesel engine vehicles are excluded and do not participate in the Plan.
Service Provider: The Dealer is a member of the Cavender Auto Group. All services offered in this agreement must be performed by the Dealer or another participating dealer of the Cavender Auto Group. The Cavender Auto Group currently consists of the following dealers: Cavender Chevrolet, Cavender Buick GMC North, Cavender Buick GMC West, Cavender Cadillac, Jaguar Land Rover San Antonio, Cavender Grande Ford, Cavender Nissan San Marcos, and Cavender Rockwall and is subject to change over the life of the plan. Lifetime Plan Term: This Agreement is intended to provide oil change services over the typical life of ownership of a vehicle, being 10 years. For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms “Lifetime” and “Oil Changes for Life” are defined as a term of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. To avoid any ambiguity, the Agreement becomes effective on the Purchase Date ("Effective Date") of the Vehicle and shall expire at the end of the ten (10) years from the date of purchase or when all services have been used, whichever comes first.
